Review

"These guys ain't been together long but, wow how they rocked the place, and believe me they came across a million times better that some of the other bands that i've seen this year (Reighton Sands Weekender included). They grabbed Eddie Cochran's '20 Flight Rock' by the scruff of the neck for their opening number followed by a brilliant 'Stray Cat Strut' - Buddy Holly songs and Elvis' Sun Studio material to name but a few in their first set....

....the guys ripped striaght into the Stray Cast 'Built For Speed' for the start of their second set (Setzer himself would have been impressed), and talk about hitting the ground (Setzer would have been running), they absolutely rocked the house down, more Elvis, 'I Don't Care If The Sun Don't Shine' an absolutely storming version of 'Wipe Out' followed by more Eddie Cochran, Buddy Holly, Johnny Burnette and Johnny Cash numbers.

Their energy, enthusiasm, the love of the music they were playing shone through. Long before they played 'Rock This Town', I'd decided that they were a million times better than some of the so called 'A List' bands out there.

How often these days does a band in a club get to play two encores huh!!! Hopefully these guys will get some studio time soon and get an album out there."
